Seward Public Radio KIBH 91.7 FM is a not for profit community radio station located in Seward, Alaska. KIBH 91.7 FM broadcasts locally produced programming including local school events, city and borough meetings, locally produced music, news, sports and provides the emergency alert system notifications for the eastern Kenai  Peninsula.

KIBH is operated by volunteer staff and is on the air 24 hrs per day 7 days a week year round.

KIBH 91.7 FM "Seward's Own is in a state of transition at this time. The FCC has approved the transfer of the station license to KMPM INC a not for profit corporation from the KEMI INC corporation to continue the operation of the only local radio station in Seward, Alaska.

A group of dedicated supporters of public radio that are from the local communities in the eastern Kenai Peninsula have come together to join the Kenai Mountains Public Media Corporation to keep public radio in our region and to improve programming, infrastructure, and provide more access to the communitees that are in the listening area of the Kenai Peninsula.

Seward Public Radio is a community radio station made up of members that support our local shows like SAKTOWN TALK and other similar locally produced programs. Membership is important to provide the funding and community input that makes a community radio station succeed.
